This course teaches some simple to use breathing techniques which can help reconnect the body breath awareness and so help reduce feelings of stress anxiety and overwhelm

When we stop for a short time and still ourselves we begin to become much more aware of our physical body, how it is feeling and how we are feeling emotionally.

You can use these breathing techniques yourself, or if you are an Holisitic Practitioner they are another tool you can use to help your clients relax and get the most from their treatment sessions with you
