The Crystal Charge For Energy Balance

This is a visualisation technique which you can use with 2 crystals. The audio is simple to follow and about 15 minutes long including the instructions. 

This technique is great for balancing energies and you can adapt the crystals depending on your mood and what you are wanting to achieve 🕉️

We do recommend that you use 2 crystals of the same type and roughly the same size ie 2 Amethyst or 2 Red Jasper or 2 of whatever crystals you intuitively feel drawn to. 

No crystals are included with this download, however we do have a selection of crystals available through this website under the "Crystals" collection page and we have some 2 pack options espeically for this Crystal Charge 😊
