This course introduces you to to working with Reiki. You will learn why it is important to be aware of your own energies and how to use Reiki to feel more balanced and grounded so you are more easily able to connect with and help animals.

This course includes a live Reiki attunement, to attune you to the Reiki energy vibration and details of how to book this can be found in the corresponding course lesson.

You can refer back to the audios whenever you like, this helps make sure you have understood the information.
