About the Animal Reiki Course
In this course you will learn 3 different ways to connect with animals and help them with Reiki. This course forms the foundation of the Animal Reiki Practitioner course, however to become an accredited practitioner a further module and case studies are required to meet the certification requirements. The practitioner certification is optional.
Animal Led Treatments
Animals can be very receptive and sensitive to energy work and therefore learning a hands off approach is very important initially. As we practice our observational skills and experience of working with a range of animals we can develop a safe animal led approach, which benefits all concerned.

If your level 2 Reiki qualification was for treatments on people and you want to begin working with animals, then yes this course is for you. The content we cover and the approach we teach when working with animals is very different to working with people.

The short answer is no! Although you will obviously be very experienced working with Reiki and have a good understanding of energy work as a whole, connecting and working on animals is very different to working on people. Think about it like dentistry...an equine dentist and a "human" dentist both work with teeth and whilst there are some similarities in patient approach, some treatment methods will vary considerably! Working with Reiki is the same, it varies depending on whether you are heloing humans or animals.

The level 2 is essentially divided into two separate modules, the first module is about learning different ways to connect energetically with animals and the second module, the practitioner accreditation, is for people looking to work with animals and Reiki on a professional basis.
